I have never used this personally. My "baby" is a college student. However, I have gifted this to a friend and she loves it! She had twins recently and she just raves about these products. She asked where I purchased it, so she could buy more.

I bought this with a gift card for my baby dew in October so I cannot quite review all the products. I will say I love the brand and so happy there are natural products for kids. So many companies are putting parabens and such in our childrens bubble bath. I am happy to have this gentle formula for our up coming baby. The free gift I got was a bib which was very unimpressive that is why I took a star away.

The products are very nice. The foam shampoo is very gentle and effective - perfect for newborns. Lotion is similarly gentle though the scent is a bit strong. The diaper cream is good, though I prefer the Lavanila cream. The PhysioBebe cleans well, though I wish it came in a small container for travel.
Mine did not contain a comb or any other gift, which was a bit disappointing,

Quick Take: new parents love this
The Mustela Newborn Set is a perfect shower gift. There are five products in the set, plus a baby comb. Two of the products are sampled sized, while the other three should last for a very long time. The kit includes shampoo, cleanser and body lotion, along with a comb and the samples. Physiobébé is a cleanser that can be used to clean up during diaper changes. It doesn't require rinsing. This is used instead of diaper wipes, so a wash cloth or some other type of very soft cleansing cloth is still needed with this product. The Foam Shampoo is an easy way to help parents prevent cradle cap. So many babies end up with cradle cap because many new parents are afraid of getting shampoo in baby's eyes. This non-sting formula should end some of the parents' fears about washing baby's hair. Any new parent should appreciate this kit. This kits have been given as part of baby shower gifts and have been well received.

I wish someone would of bought me this for my baby shower. I bought this on my own after discovering the Mustela Hydra Stick. (It works so well on my daughters rosy , dry, chapped wintery cheeks), so I wanted to try everything else. The scent is soft and delicate and smells clean. The shampoo is fantastic on my baby's cradle cap and the face cleanser is great for morning face touch ups and milk spit ups.

Quick Take: excellent quality, effective, great smelling
I started using Mustela products when my son was born and he proved to have very senstive skin. These products are amazing! They work and they are perfect for sensitive skin or not. MOthers I have given this gift pack to rave over the vitamin diaper cream in particular. Highly recommended.

i have purchased two of these packs from Sephora and they make a fantastic shower gift (along with a cute onesie). and they are competitively priced. saw the same set at a local big box store-same price. having the shipping free over $50 gets it to me quick and no hassles for me parking and going in a store.

Love this kit! Discovered Mustela with my first daughter who had very dry sensitive skin, and couldn't wait to begin using these products again with my second. This kit is great for newborns--love all the products! Highly recommend.

I got this set for my friend's newborn, and the quality and size of the products are great. I was a little disappointed however, that the bonus gift was a lame skincare dvd instead of the cute booties in the photo. However, as they didn't specify what the gift was, it's not false advertising. Wish it had been them though! Other than that, very happy and so is she!
