It was time for a new brush... I decided I was going to splurge on a nice brush and did a little research. I have long hair that can get frizzy in the heat and curl. This brush is amazing! Even my husband commented on how nice my hair looked after using it! It smooths and straighten it. It distributes the natural oils in my hair for a beautiful shine. It's easy to hold and great with wet hair! Worth every penny I spent on it!

I have very curly hair, and anytime I blowdry my hair straight I love to use this paddle brish to "touch up" my hair here and there. I just try to brush my ends in, and it really does a great job! For the price, you're really getting your moneys worth

would not go through my hair, I have very thick hair and it's hard for me to find a brush that won't frizz. I was able to return it no questions asked which really helps when you're spendig over $30 for a hair brush.

I have thick hair and it's color treated and long and this is the perfect brush! I have always used Denman which are usually made in England (UK), but this particular brush is made in France. Very sturdy, easy to hold and feels great on my scalp. I actually own two and keep one in my luggage just for travel.

Everyone gave this brush a great review. So, I decided to purchase it, however, it has made no difference in my hair. In fact, I think it made my hair thicker and more frizzy. The only good thing about it is that it detangles your hair very nicely. No pulling of hair, etc. So, please don't buy this brush. Save your money. Oh, and it's so wide that style with it is so uncomfortable. Hard to use it with hair dryer.

My hair seems to tangly for this brush. It is a beautiful brush! But I think one's hair needs either to be very straight or very thick (per strand) for it to work well.

LOVE IT!!!- 07.23.09
I was a little nervous getting a hair brush sight unseen, but I knew my existing brush just wasn't right. Because of Sephora's "best-in-the-business" return policy, I went for it! And its the best brush I've ever used, and so beautiful also. The wood is exquisite. My hair is past shoulder length, and this brush smooths it out as I blow dry. LOVE it! Worth the price and MORE!

The brush works well and is very convenient. The only issue i have with it is that because it's wood, it started to smell bad. I always run hot showers so my bathroom is a bit humid sometimes, but after a few weeks i noticed the wood part of the brush smelled kinda gross. Just a warning to anyone who plans on buying this brush.

I know this brush is for long hair, but I just love it! My hair is a short bob that is longer in the front and this brush keeps my hair straight after blowdrying. It doesnt pull my hair when I brush, and it keeps my hair shiny and it looks great. I gave a 4 because its a little staticky. but a good brush that should last a looong time

I was heartbroken when by BASS paddle brush of several years broke especially after looking online and discovering that I could no longer purchase the one I had previously. After searching I found this one and opted to take a chance. The ease of return helped, especially since it is more expensive than many I looked at. However it is worth it and I will not be returning it. I can easily tell a difference in my hair texture after using this these last few weeks. MUCH softer and manageable! A+A+A+

Good Brush- 05.14.09
This is a good brush for styling with the blow dryer. It doesn't get hot, so it doesn't damage the hair like some of the metal round brushes do. My stylist uses a brush like this one, too.

It was time to get a new brush and I was looking for one for a while. After reading the reviews decided to try it. As far as money goes, I don't think its the most expansive one, so the description and the price were just right for me. In the beginning I though it was pretty rough on my scalp, and someone mentioned it in the previous reviews. but after giving it couple of weeks, either I got used to it or the brush gave in a little, but I love it now. I use it everyday but especially love to blow dry my hair with it.

The BEST!- 05.11.09
Quick Take: massaging, shine enhancing, sleek, no rubber tipped bristles
The best paddle brush I've ever owned. This brush DOESN'T have those little rubbery caps on the end of the bristles like most brushes do, which is why I LOVE IT so much. The other brushes (with the little caps) eventually start coming off and end up pulling my hair and causing split ends. Thanks Sephora! Please don't ever change this brush.
