THese wipes do the job without the hassle. It literally takes seconds to swipe your brush. I see the color show up on the wipe and my brush is restored. This is great if you use lots of different eye colors day to day because it's a quick cleanse so your next color is more vibrant.

The wipes do what they're suppose to do but I don't find my brushes dry that fast.
i just love this cleaning wipes for my brush. They sanitize, clean and at the same time gives a nice scent to m brushes. Price is reasonable and dont dry easily.

These wipes are great for a quick way to keep your makeup brushes clean and they do a great job. After opening package I would definitely recommend putting pack in plastic bag so they do not dry out.

I love using these in between different eyeshadows just to spot clean so that the colors dont mix on the brush. They smell great and really effective. I still recommend to do a more thorough brush cleansing with either brush cleanser or baby shampoo but these are a great alternative when you dont have much time. Your brushes also dry really quickly. Love these!

grabbed these instead of brush shampoo just to help keep my brushes from building up with powder! right after i had a beauty bag catastophy and these were a life saver! my eyeliner sharpener opened and i had black eyeliner on everything! about three wipes cleaned up the whole mess including the inside of the bag! love them! deffinately worth the few bucks!

these wipes did a super job on my powder and blush brushes, but did not completely clean my foundation brush. after going through 2 wipes and my foundation brush was still stiff and gunked up, i gave up. perhaps i need a new brush, but i was hoping this product would keep me from having to spend the money on a new one.

I was really glad to discover these brush cleaning wipes. Clean brushes are imperative to a great make-up application, particularly when it comes to changing shadows. You can't get great definition if the pigments from the previous day's shades are blending into the current day's choice. What's happened is that the shades become compromised. In addition, some brands have a more oily base which can even compromise the structural integrity of the product, making the product less likely to perform well. So cleaning brushes is a must for me.
When I travel, I used to tote around a spray bottle of instant cleaner and a bottle of brush shampoo (if I was going to be gone for any length of time). I once tried shampooing a brush with my (hair) shampoo while on a trip, and it's not something you should repeat. The brush became so soft and apparently "static free" (one of the benefits of the hair shampoo), that the brush then failed to hold the shadow to any extent. I couldn't rectify the situation until I got home and used the brush shampoo, but even so, the brush was never quite the same again. It ended up in my paintbox.
These wipes are ideal for a variety of reasons. First of all, you don't need to worry about carrying around liquid cleaners and sprays when traveling. TSA doesn't seem to be bothered by passengers carrying brush cleaning wipes. (At least not yet). You can leave the package in your travel bag, so it's already to go whenever you travel. (They're also a decent wipe for everyday use, but somewhat more expensive than using the liquids, which do perform slightly better on a more frequent basis). The package closes easily and the wipes stay moist.
I noticed in some reviews that a couple of people mentioned that the wipes were not as moist as they'd hope. They really are. The thing is, people might not realize that the moisture in the wipes is going to react to gravity and sink to the bottom of the package. It doesn't matter what the product is - it could be hand wipes, baby wipes, brush wipes... All you need to do is leave the package on one side one time, and the next time, turn it over for a bit and the moisture will go the side that's on the bottom. That's the law of gravity at work. It has nothing to do with the product. (On the off chance that you accidentally leave the package open, and it does dry a little bit, the product itself is actually still in the wipes. All you need to do is add a tiny bit of water to the package, and the wipes will become moist and the product in the wipes will reactivate itself. You don't need to throw them away. Better yet, if you have the actual brush cleaner in a bottle you can drop a little bit inside the wipes package and they'll become moist again).
An important thing to remember about these specific wipes is that they do NOT have loose fibers that can transfer from the wipes to your brushes to your product to your face. This is important with eye make up where cotton fibers (from other products - NOT this one) could potentially mess something up.
I'm very pleased that Sephora came out with these wipes. They're very convenient for travel and they get the job done.
