The finish is fresh and matte - never dry.To use: Simply press a single sheet flatly onto the areas of the face where you want to tame shine. In most cases, one sheet is enough to cover the entire face.For pop-up dispensing: Open the lid and peel away the brown tape liner on the flap of the packet to expose the adhesive. Quick Take: great value, effective, controls oil and shine, absorbent
An absolute godsend. I purchase these when they're on sale, which seems to happen quite frequently, and the sale price makes them vastly cheaper than the major drugstore brand—and even much less expensive than the generic drugstore brands! They perform exactly as advertised, sopping up shine and grease and leaving your makeup on your face and not the sheet. I've only used these in the original blue, but I'm curious to try the other versions.
Like every brand of blotting paper, the paperboard packaging with adhesive-strip dispension system sometimes gets mucked up. The paperboard can get bent when thrown around in your purse. And yes, occasionally the adhesive tape strip that is supposed to pull only one sheet out doesn't stick to the topmost sheet and won't pull one out, and sometimes the sheets stick together through static electricity. These are small issues with simple fixes, and aren't worth complaining about, because they happen with every brand.

Quick Take: portable
Not impressed with this product after using the green tea blotting paper. The film tended to remove makeup, but was comparably absorbent. Also wasn't a big fan of the texture.

Quick Take: convenient and a good value
I kept these in my desk and it is a great little product. Glad I got them on sale, I would buy them again if they were still a great price. They are handy, but no better than many others.

finally a blotting film that works ive tried so many of these products and this out of all brands ive tried works the best. the only thing i would request is to get it back in stores! i cant live without these!

Quick Take: portable, non-cakey
Small enough to fit into even my wallet, and works! I tend to get shiny after a few hours, and this soaks up the oil perfectly, leaving my makeup fresh looking without me even having to touch up!! It is also long lasting, I usually have to blot once a day, or 2x if I'm exerting a lot of energy. Great price to!

I always have these in my purse. I'm a bartender and these keep me from looking like I've been working all night. They lift oil without lifting your makeup. I don't think I will ever stop buying this product.

Quick Take: a must have
Instead of piling on more powder try these films. I have sensitive skin that is also very oily. When I get "shiny" I no longer reach for my powder. It would just continue to build up and make my skin more oily and shiny. These films allow your make-up to stay intact and absorb the oil. Keep these in your purse to freshen up.

I tried these after having used the Boscia green tee version, and the Sephora ones are much more absorbent. Don't be concerned that the Sehpora ones are smaller -- one is sufficient for my entire face.

I prefer to use blotting film over the blotting papers so this works great for me. Easy to use, doesn't mess up the makeup, and is overall effective.
I think some people are confused regarding what this film does. It wipes away your oil...but no, it's not going to control it like a powder or a primer. Just wipe your face with it (you don't even have to blot) and shine is gone.
As far as the questions regarding how this compares to drugstore brands...the sheets are bigger and a bit thicker. But I wouldn't say they're worth the full price. If you can get it on sale, then it's a great deal.

I purchased all three types and have nothing but positive to say about them all. I like using them to blot when it's ararm or I'm silightly oily. I love these films and at this price they are a steal!!

I absolutely love these sheets!! They help get the excess oil and sweat off of your face without ruining your makeup. I usually use them on my bf since his face is much more oily than mine and it helps a ton! Much better than a tissue or napkin.

Quick Take: plastic-like, bad, worthless
These did not control any amount of shine on my face (or my bridesmaids on my wedding day). The papers are more like plasticy non-porous sheets. To add insult to an already poor product, the sheets came out in clumps so we were left with multiple extras when we tried to get one at a time out.
