Best eye primer I've ever used.- 11.21.09
Quick Take: crease resistant, creamy, long lasting
I have strange lids that fold differently every day, so when I used to put on eyeliner, I had the constant problem of the liner rubbing off onto my upper eyelids. With this primer, my liner stays put and DOES NOT rub off at all. It makes my eyeshadows go on much more smoothly and they stay in place forever. It's lightweight and it takes about three seconds to dry. This is the best eye primer I've tried. I wouldn't go with anything else!

This product is definetly great! Before I couldn't wear eyeshadow cause my eyelids would get oily and then it would just smeared the colors all over and wouldn't last. I haven't been wearing eyeshadow for quite some time until I bought this! It worked great! Kept my eyeshadow in place, no smudging, no smearing, stays on all day!! I love it! Spread it evenly on your eyelids (u don't really need that much!) and let it dry a lil bit and then put your any of your favorite eyeshadow on. Even my eyeliner stays in place although I got the water proof one from Makeup Forever brand, so that helps too!

Seriously, this has changed my life. How come all my friends knew about this and no one told me?? This is the best - especially for oily eyelids! This isn't a putty like other eye primers. It goes on smooth and it lasts all day. Definitely would buy again and again!

I still really love this product, but I actually don't like the improved slant on this brush. Every time I put it back in, the product rubs on the sides and I end up losing some every time. The product itself is great because it does keep creases from forming and it is one of the bests and lowest priced that has worked for me. Product itself gets 5 stars. New slanted brush drops it down to 4 stars. I definitely recommend the product, I just wish they'd go back to the way it was before. I know it's a weird thing to complain about, but why change something when it was already great as it was.

This is a great product. It prolongs the staying powder of eyeshadow and glides on smoothly. I tend to apply using the wand on the center of my lids, then blend with my fingertips. I honestly don't care of the packaging, but the product is fantastic

I have combination/oily skin and have always had problems with creasing eyeshadow. By the end of the day I usually had to wipe off my eye makeup because it looked so bad. After using this primer, my creasing days are officially over. I highly recommend this product!

I love this product. I put my eyeshadow on in the morning and then don't have to worry about it the rest of the day. The primer prevents creases and keeps the eyeshadow from fading off. It doesn't change the color of the shadow either.

I bought the original primer potion and I love it! I have never had a crease in my eye shadow since using it and it takes away the red colour from my eyelids. The angled wand does pick up more product it's a not ideal when I go to apply it.

I've tried a couple different primers but once I found this one I stopped my search. This primer goes on smoothly, stays on all day, doesn't crease, and definitely makes my shadow pop. I find that the days I forget to use this primer my eyeshadow colors seem dull and too light. The only negative thing I have to say about the primer is that it's sometimes difficult to get out of the tube. Sometimes I have to pump the applicator in the bottle a couple times to get enough to coat my lid. I put it on my lid with the applicator then spread it with my finger. The sponge applicator seems a little pointless. But that's not enough to keep me from sticking with this primer!

I would not buy this product again. Most of the product ended up out of the bottle and all over my hands. Every time I push in the brush to close it the product comes flowing out. I found it to be extremely aggravating and not worth spending the money on it especially if I'm going to lose most of the product trying to close it. I will not buy this again.

I have the most oily lids on the planet. I'd never used an eyeshadow primer before this and it changed my world. I can wear shadow all day and it stays on til I take it off at night. It's amazing. I've also tried Smashbox, Too Faced, Laura Mercier, Art Deco, Lumene and nothing works as well. I will keep buying this as long as they keep making it.

Love it, BUT!- 11.18.09

So I probably bought this like almost a year ago and it's lasted me this long and I really like how it makes your eyeshadow's stick. I could put black eyeshadow on, go to a club and then if I didn't feel like washing my makeup off when I got home it was still totally in place when I woke up the next morning. BUT the thing that really really bugged me about it was how much you effing waste!!! The bottle is SUCH a stupid design the way you can't get the brush to get to the wider part of the tube. I decided that since I couldn't get anymore out I would try to cut it open to see if I could get some more out. It took me a freaking hour to cut it with scissors. (I cut my hand in the process too!) And guess what?? The stuff that I got out of it was probably double the amount I had gotten before I cut it open. I am DEFINATELY NOT going to buy this again. Unless you want to waste all your money then I would go with Too Faced Shadow Insurance because at least your can squeeze more of it out!! So that is why I only gave it 3 stars. I am definately NOT buying it again. You would do well to heed my warning as well.
