Lorac liner- 01.27.10
Quick Take: high-level glitter, smudges, needs to be re-applied
I bought the brown sparkle liner, but after a couple of times using it, found that this product smudged a lot and had to be re-applied often. Also, with the amount of glitter in it and smudging, I was afraid it would end up in my eyes.

Pretty but irritating- 12.28.09

I never use products like this other than a night out, but I have noticed that the color fades quite a bit by the end of the night. I don't like how thick the pencil is. I realize that it is shadow/liner, but it is very difficult to get a pointy enough point to actually do any lining with it. Somewhere between this size and an actual eyeliner would be ideal. On top of that, I have found multiple times that after a while of having this on my eyes start to itch. The glitter is slightly irritating to my eye. I realize that things like glitter can be irritating, but I thought this one, being labeled a shadow/liner would be less irritating. It might just be me.
Other than those few negatives, the glitter is intense, the product is blendable, and the overall look is pretty great!

I thought this was going to be the perfect blend of sparkly and color. The black seemed really pigmented and the application was smooth. Unfortunately, within an hour of using it, the black would fade and I was left with glitter eyes. Not attractive. Don't bother with this.

I adore this product! I got it as a free sample with my Beauty Insider points and have been buying the full-sized ones ever since. I use the shade Midnight Sparkle. It's great on the top lid with a smoky eye, but not as harsh as regular black liner, since it has the sparkles in it. Plus, the sparkles are not kiddish-looking; it's more of a shimmer. This is my "going out on the town" staple product!

I love this pencil. I'm a big glitter lover so I bought the brown pencil with silver glitter which is just beautiful. It delivers a nice amount of glitter.

Surprisinglly fresh color of black liner thanks to the rich silver glitter! I normally never use a black eyeliner because it comes off too strong on me, but this one is light yet gorgeous and it can be even worn as a sparkly eye shadow! My eyes get dressed up instantly without an effort! Must have for busy mom like me, who doesn't have hrs to spend on make up every morning!!

LORAC Eye Shadow Review- 10.06.09
Quick Take: easy to blend, subtle shimmer
This eyeliner is so soft when applying and doesn't pull at my eyelids. It has staying power when I use it in combination with my eye base and enhances my brown eyes. I wish it were made in a slightly darker brown. Love it.
