Quick Take: high-level glitter
LOVE! It is the perfect holiday pencil. It gives your eyes a holiday shimmer that I love. It really accentuates your eyes and I have gotten so many compliments since I've started wearing it. It can either be high-level glitter or subtle, depending on how much you apply.

Quick Take: subtle shimmer
The larger than normal size of this pencil is nice because you can get a thicker line on top and bottom of your eyes quick. The sparkle is not very intense though. And make sure you have a big sharpener when you buy this.

I tried and tried to like this product but I could not and it went back to Sephora! The glitter was too chunky and hurt to pull the liner across your lid and if you got glitter in your eye... which you will since it will fall out! The color pay off is not that good either.

This is my TENTH pencil in Paparazzi! (BROWN) I use black liquid liner and when it dries, I swipe this pencil over it. VOILA! Perfect! No shadows needed. Just curl your eyelashes and 2 coats of mascara and you are ready for work OR the club. Its so awesome! Give it a try!

have it in a light pink that is no longer available :( but regardless it is great! always use it as anoverall shadow on days where i need to rush out the door in just a few swipes it gives a beautiful sparkle and glamour. A must have for glamorous women on the go!

Very creamy and easy to apply. Use over your black liner, liquid or pencil. This is to wear over, by itself it might smudge. The glitter is not for work but for weekend and Las Vegas trips. But it is perfect. Smooth and easy to apply. I have used under the eye and on the lid. Can be used as a full lid shadow. Thicker pencil.

i love this eyeliner! i have it in black and it makes my eyes sparkle and surprisingly, it lasts for a while.
My favorite eyeliner ever and if it came without sparkles, I would still buy it because it goes on smooth and lasts.
Must buy!

Paparazzi is a beautiful sparkly brown with silver glitter that REALLY stands out. It smudges beautifully and glides on easily. The color even lasts longer than many other sparkly liners. However, this pencil is almost TOO glittery. As other reviewers have pointed out, the glitter strays. After washing my face, I got the color off, but not really the glitter. The glitter seems to stray most upon washing, not so much upon wearing. I don't really mind because this is a beautiful, flattering, and wearable color but I did force me to take two stars off my review.
Other than that minor issue, this is a beautiful sparkly brown that makes the eyes pop. It can be layered for a more dramatic effect, or worn as a daily brown liner. Great for smoky eye.

Quick Take: high-level glitter
I love this for a special occasion. The color is highly pigmented and it has a ton of glitter. The glitter stays on all night and really makes eyes POP. I use it on my lower eye lid. It gets kind of messy if you use it as eye liner for your top lids. The only complaint is that the glitter does not come off easily. The next morning, I still have glitter around my eye area. Be careful not to get the glitter in your eyes while cleaning.

Beautiful pencil that blends easily. What I don't like is that it ends up under my eyes and on my cheeks after a few hours. I will try Lorac's eyeliner without glitter though. I bet it's fabulous!

I was afraid that this eyeliner would look too "disco" for me. I wanted something smudgy but not messy and bold without looking harsh or severe. I gave it a try based on favorable reviews by women my age. I really like it! It's just a little flashy--more interesting than a typical black liner--but not so much that it's age-inappropriate. It allows your eyes to shine behind eyeglasses--a plus! I'll definitely purchase again, but I might not have to for awhile, since it seems the pencil will last a long time. I'll get the odd, errant glitter speck on my cheek, but it's not enough of an inconvenience to dock a star from my rating.

This is one sparkly eyeliner! I have been using UD heavy metal glitter over my eyeliner to get the sparkle, but this works better and only one step! I love the fact that the pencil is chunky, not thin, cause I like a thick line sometimes. When I first put it on it tends to irritate my eyes a little bit, but that goes away shortly. I got the brown. I wish there were more colors! What happened to the blue, did they stop making it? I want the blue!

This is THE BEST glitter eye liner EVER! I seriously wear it and mascara ONLY... EVERYDAY ~ and am complimented all the time! It has become my trademark ~ And even us At-Home-Moms need that kind of attention... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!
