I recently purchased the biggest bottle on another site I found because Sephora is temporarily out. I figured if I was going to dish out big bucks for a conditioner, I might as well get the big one and try it for a while.
Well it's only been two days since I've been using this but I looove it! It makes my hair really soft and I can feel the difference in hair all day long. It doesn't weigh down my hair at all and my hair no longer has knots like it used to.
I read a couple of reviews regarding the scent and I can't say that it's my favourite but I don't think it smells bad either.
If you live in Canada, I recommend buying it off fabove.ca because shipping is a lot cheaper - I selected the cheapest shipping (via ground) and it arrived less than 2 days after I ordered it online!
I took a star off because of the price. Some people say they only need a little but I need at the very LEAST two, three pumps to cover my hair which is a little past shoulder length. I will probably keep searching for a cheaper alternative but if price isn't an issue to you, this certainly does the job!

Quick Take: oil absorbing amazingness!
This is one of my absolute "can't leave town without" products. I highlight & lowlight my hair and it can get pretty dry, yet my scalp gets oily pretty fast after a hair washing. This product allows me go longer in between washes saving my already dry locks. It soaks up all oil leaving your hair looking freshly washed.
Also, I have very fine and silky hair and I use this product when my hair is clean to give my hair more body. It also allows me to style my hair more easily.
PLUS my boyfriend likes the smell! All-in-all, I can't live without it!

not what it used to be

I used Terax for years from about 1998 until a couple of years ago. It used to be made in Italy and my friend was the distributor in the USA. There was NOTHING like it at the time - amazing conditioner and I've never had anything detangle my hair so perfectly. I missed that conditioner, so...fast forward to 2009 - I decide to go back to Terax. Now it's made in the USA and doesn't smell or feel the same at all. And I happened to notice that there is tallow (animal fat) in the ingredients. Yuck. Still a wonderful detangler but I don't like the scent at all and will not buy this again after using up my tube. Sad, but I'm on the search for the next great conditioner.

I love Terax! I read somewhere that Liv Tyler's go to conditioner was this stuff so I decided to try it out a couple of years ago and I have been hooked ever since. I have turned a lot of people on to it and they love it too.

I use about a dime sized amount at the ends of my hair and that's all I need. Which is great b/c this stuff isn't cheap. It has a great smell, even tho it's pretty plain. It's a great detangler and worth at least trying.

This is a pretty good conditioner that really works for my hair. After the first use I noticed my hair softer and relaxed which just made my hair easy to style. It even works better if you leave the conditioner on longer than 2-3 minutes. I first started off with the tube but I am definately upgrading to the bigger size.

Those of us with curly, course and long hair know how difficult it is to find a product that actually works ... this product really does. I don't wash my hair very much because of how dry it is. I use this in between washes to help keep my hair shiney. I have found that doing this lets me extend my no wash days. This stuff also really works well when I decide to straighten my hair (which takes about 3 hrs) I didn't have to wash my hair for a whole week after that. (I also used a dry shampoo to help with the last couple of days) ... Love it Love it Love it!!!!

I absolutely love this conditioner...I am half black half white and i have very curly hair that tends to be very knotty. I used to use fekkai but my hair was breaking off and knotting up too much..so much so that I decided to cut it very short. I've been using this for a few weeks now and I've seen wonderful results. my hair is easy to comb through and does not get dry even a week after washing my hair and it also grew back very quickly.

I have extremely dry, coarse, overly porous hair that is also naturally curly. Need less to say, my hair screams for moisture. Thank goodness this condish delivers!! I have tried every kind of condish imaginable but I ALWAYS come back to this one. My hair feels like silk after using this. You only need a little bit so it last forever. It really is the very best conditioner ever.

Just got this today and used it right away. My hair feels so soft. Only need a little for this stuff to work. Leave it in longer for more conditioning but a few minutes should work for most. It's expensive but seems to work very well. But since you only need a small amount vs larger amount of grocery store condition, I think it's worth it for the results.

Quick Take: rich, best for fried hair.
My hair is very dry and and color treated. This cream works well fo rme as far as conditioning and detangling. I don't like the smell very much but it doesn't seem to linger. I'd recommend this for dry hair. I'd give it 5 stars if not for the smell.

I love this conditioner. I've tried many others, but this one really seems to protect my hair, which I color and highlight (with bleach.) I just leave it on while I soap up and rinse my body. Then I rinse it off my hair. Beautiful.

I paired this with the leave in conditioner and the duo did a fantastic job on my dry hair. when you put this product in the shower it feels as though youve been to the spa. when you rinse it you can really feel how silky it leaves your hair.

This conditioner seemed to dry out my hair. I didn't like it at all, which was surprising after the good reviews. I was hoping to find a miracle product but this isn't it. I returned mine.
