i have clear skin just red under the eyes from being tired. I bought the purple one it didnt make my skin look any different but it did feel super smooth.. i returned it ans bought the green one for under my eyes it makes my skin tone lokk even but must use foundation bc it has a green tint

This is one of my must-haves. Smashbox exceeds my expectations of what a primer should be. Color adjust cannot be beat for neutralizing red tones as it lays the smoothest foundation for my other products. I have tried other primers, but this is THE best!

Purchased the green primer as I have a enough redness that it comes through my foundation. Switched to this about 3 weeks ago after getting tired of the mess mineral foundations were making in my bathroom. Goes on smooth, takes a small amount to do the job, doesn't make my face itch, and makes the foundation look a bit more polished. Will definately be buying this again

Everybody should try it at least once - 11.13.09

So far, this is the only primer that has done what it says. It creates an even coat over the skin to prime it for foundation. I used the green one because I have some red blotches in areas and it definitely minimized the redness. I give it a 4 because sometimes when I'm rubbing it over my face, the primer seems to roll up and collect into a ball. But once I distribute it to a surface of my face that hasn't been covered in primer, it evens out just fine. I think it's because it's oil-free?

I am not sure yet if this makes any difference. It doesn't seem to help hide my red spots, I have roseaca and I am always looking for products to curb the redness.

LOVE IT! - 11.06.09

I started using the green 02/08 and love it.. I have very red skin, not sure why, but I do... I have tried other products, but always come back, so I'm not going to stray again. If you have red skin, get the green it works like no other!!

Helps makeup go on smoothly - 11.05.09

I really like this primer. It has a soft, powdery finish and only takes a little bit for a lot of coverage. It really helps on those problem skin days when makeup doesn't want to go on smoothly, or when I need it to last a long time.
The green tint did not make a very noticeable difference for my skintone because the consistency is too thin.
