I love this product. I was introduced to it several years ago when it was a part of a basket for a silent auction. OMG. It was love at first us. I like that it doesn't make my face breakout (I have sensitive skin) nor does it make my face oily like bare minerals does. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to try it for the first time. I have have been using the product for so long I remember when it didn't have the sponge on top. That makes it so much easier to apply.

I have used other mineral foundations (both low and high end) and just love this powder. It goes on smooth and silky and I can use it with just a little concealer on casual days or over a liquid foundation if I choose.

Incredible!- 07.01.09
Quick Take: natural finish
This is absolutely the greatest product ever. It covered my spots and redness and gave me an even skin tone without feeling heavy. I live in the deep south and even on the hottes days, I never felt like I was wearing make up! Incredible coveraverage and light on my skin. Who could ask for anything more!

I didn't like it in the beginning, but I gave it a try and used a mineral powder like rimmel matte mineral powder, it really made a difference. It is only ok by itself, but when you put a lighter powder, it does grab on, and makes your face cleaner, softer and better looking. I am fair with yellow undertone, and I got sand, it looks a little darker that is why I just added on a lighter powder, I know it 4-1. This stuff holds from morning to night, and of course, a little touch up. But I am blown away. It can stand through heat. It never made me look bad just dewy. It does cover, and I have freckles and pores. Love it and will not go back to liquid foundation

An absolute staple!- 06.30.09
Quick Take: non-drying, buildable coverage, natural finish, fast
My skin loves this foundation!! I will never use another powder. I will even screw off the cap and use my concealer brush to dab a little right on a blemish and it covers amazingly well, looks natural and stays put. It is also much much faster than putting on liquid foundation or other powders where you have to brush it on, With this I just dab the puff on my face to get some powder out and swirl it around and then i'm done in under a minute, Plus it lasts a friend of mine has had it for almost a year and reaplies it aaall the time and its still only a little over half gone, I thought the Sand might be a little too light for me but i went with it anyways and it looks great so keep that in mind.

This foundation is really good for those who want to cover up shine, protect there face, but don't have a lot of blemishes. This is a good overall product, but if you have a lot of skin imperfections this may not be for you.

I like Philosophy products so I tried this. I was very surprised by how much I like it! I don't like foundation at all but this was very lightweight and offered great coverage. Easy application as well. And you do look like you have an air brushed finished - not a natural finish, but an air brush one.

This is the BEST makeup/powder I have ever used...I am an esthitician and I have tried many. I don't have oily skin, I consider myself more on the dry side. Covers beautifully, good ingredients and feels light on the skin. I always spritz with a hydration spray after I apply the powder. Helps to set and look dewy. Buy the replacement sponges too...

I have tried many other foundations out there, and this is by far one of the best ones--it gives me the flawless look that Bare Escentuals does but a lot more "user friendly" for those on the run. Definitely raised the standards for me when it comes to foundation.

I bought this to use on days when I wanted to quickly sweep my foundation on, and not bother with my BE (swirl, tap and buff). This is a great way to apply the mineral foundation (I wish BE would get on board with this). It was a little difficult for me to match my perfect shade up, but once I did I liked it. It isn't as gorgeous as the BE foundation as far as matching my skin tone though. They need more selection of color.
I cannot wait for the launch of Philosophy's new foundation (Supernatural Super Beautiful) in September!
