Quick Take: not what he needed.
I explained in detail to the salesperson that I needed something for my husband to use before he shaved with an ELECTIC shaver to condition his skin and beard prior to shaving. I was assured that this produst was just what he needed. it isn't; too oily for an electric razor. Please advise.

The aroma is very nutty and smells great, but helps to moisturize the skin in preparation for shaving. The strange thing is that my whiskers clump together because of the oiliness of the pre-shave oil. This clogs up the razor a bit.

Husband likes it a lot!

Bought this for my man - he has fairly sensitive skin so he usually keeps a very short beard (a few mm's of growth), but he had a few job interviews recently and needed to shave it completely. He has been exfoliating the beard area (while in the shower) approximately every other day, and then once out of the shower, puts on a few drops of this pre-shave oil, then his shaving cream, and then shaves with a mach 3 razor, then applies alcohol-free face cream specifically formulated for shaving. The whole routine works really well - he has had much less skin irritation after he started using the oil. It also has a very nice and light manly smell. The only thing is that it is a little difficult to get the oil out, as you only need to use a few drops, but it is a fairly large opening (just under the size of a quarter).

I bought this for my boyfriend who was going through a bit of an ingrown hair crisis. The oil along with the ingrown hair treatment lotion resolved the issue within a few days. He has since then continued to use the oil with every shave. And, HE is shouting from the mountian tops that he will never shave without the oil again!

DO NOT SHAVE WITH OUT THIS.
If you're hesitant about using this with an electric razor, don't be. It makes the blades glide ever-so-gently over your skin, while still catching all the little hairs. I will never shave without this again. Shout out to Laura F. at the Manteca store!
