Not too crazy about this product. I shave using a Merkur double edged razor and have been using Jack Black's products for almost a year. I've been getting close to finishing it so I wanted to see what else was out there. I picked up a sample of Anthony Shave Cream and wasn't impressed. I've nicked myself several times and my face was left burning afterward. I tried this product again since it was possible that I wasn't careful enough with the DE razor. Same result. I went returned to jack black and got great shaves again.
I wouldn't say I would not recommend this, but I would definitely try this before you commit to buy.

I've tried a lot of shave creams before, but this is one of the best! The best part about it is that it lasts forever! I'm still on the same 6 oz. tube I bought almost a year ago, which proves that a little goes a long way. The squalene in the shave cream lubricates the razor as it glides across your skin, preventing razor burn. The hops rejuvenate your skin, giving it a nice healthy glow! Oh, and it lathers up a bit too, which is something I definitely look for in a shave cream...

I was given a sample of this product in a goodie bag at a Cancer charity golf tournament. I tried it and it worked well - very slick with only a little product. I was shocked when I researched the price - - a lot more than my $2.00 drug store cream. I thought, no way will I pay this. My wife on the otherhand said she would prefer I pay the extra money. Seems I've had at least two cans of shave cream "explode" in our bathroom causing a mess.
If you can afford the price, you won't be disappointed with the product.
