I have tried dozens of eye products and absolutely adore this Eye Contour Gel. It is a lightweight, refreshing gel that absorbs quickly and instantly reduces puffiness and makes my eyes feel brighter and more alert. I had horrific allergic reactions to other products, like StriVectin, but have not had any problems with this product, even with extended use. I have recommended it to a number of friends who are equally as smitten with it as I am. I use it daily, which I think you have to do to reduce dark circles. I saw instant results on reducing puffiness, but I didn't really see any difference in dark circles until over a month of daily use. Eye Contour Gel is especially great to have with you on long-haul flights. I put it on just before arrival and look and feel so much better for it.

I have been using this product for years now. Every so often I try something else recommended by a friend or sales rep but I always come back to this. A little goes a long way as the consistency is lightweight and easy to pat on. It doesn't wander into my eyes and works quickly.

not very good- 11.11.09
im disapointed about this product, dose not work as it says.
I just started using Clarins as my new skincare regime - (being a new mom my regime was whatever mismatched products I've accumulated over the years).
I decided to purchase the basics from Clarins to get started, and in this I decided on the eye gel. At first, I was quite taken back by the sticker shock, but deicded to go with my gut and spend the money - and boy, am I glad I did!
This eye gel is just fantastic! It's not heavy or greasy, leaves your delicate eye area hydrated and happy! I have sensitive eyes and skin, and have not had any issues whatsoever.
If you can get over the sticker price, go for it - and I know the tube in small but you really do not need much at all for both eyes - about the size of a small pea.

Yes, I agree with the so-so comments about this product. My bf's sister gave me a tester she took from work. When I first started using it I was hoping for an excellent result because of the brand. Sadly, it does not clear the dark circles but it does reduce some of the puffiness of the eyes. Maybe it is not the product for me. I guess sleep more and reduce sodium intake will be the solution for this problem after all.

Clarins Eye Contour Gel is excellent. I use it every morning before I put my makeup on and it doesn't ball up of show underneath makeup. It absorbs quickly, but leaves my skin feeling hydrated, not tight. It also helps to smooth out fine lines, which is my favorite thing about this gel. I have very oily skin, but it still works great because it's not greasy and because of its quick absorbtion. I would definitely recommend giving this a try. By the way, it takes such a small amount for each use that a tube lasts for months.

You can't expect an eye gel to completely diminish your bags, but this product has been the best I've used so far! It has lasted me a really really long time and I can't live without it. It is pretty expensive but well worth the purchase. You won't see results right away but wait a little.

I got this a few weeks ago and didn't notice much right away, though my eyes aren't puffy anymore as they've been in the past. There are circles under my eyes still, but I don't remember to use it everyday. Not a miracle worker, but a good start.
All in all, good product - lots of natural ingredients.

Helps for Puffiness... Not Dark Circles- 07.31.09

This product is fantasic for reducing puffiness if I didn't get enough sleep the night before but doesn't really do too much for my dark circles. It's not super moisturing either so my makeup tends to look kind of weird by the end of the day. I think I can find something better...

The gel to me felt a little runny. It didn't seem to be working, although the gel felt cool when I applied it. I do notice a mild decrease to puffiness. However, it is certainly not the best. Overall I will probably keep using it, but I will not be repurchasing it in the future.

This product does work wonders for regular a.m. puffiness, but it will not work for puffiness due to allergies (inflammation). At least that's what I've found. It is soothing and absorbs very well. I love it!

this is the only product i've found that hasn't cause any breakouts for me around my eye area. everything else i've tried always make me have red spots here and there because they often clog pores. other than that, i think this thing does deflat the puffness. not so much on the darkness though. a good quick fix, but i don't think it treats anything.

This is a great product. I've been looking for something to help with my puffiness and undereye circles for a very long time. The skin under my eyes is so sensitive and hasn't responded well to anything until now. The gel absorbs very quickly and leaves your under eye area feeling very smooth. I'm going to try the eye cream next.

I have been researching products to reduce my undereye puffiness and after reading the customer reviews for the Eye Contour Gel, I purchased and tried it this morning. I don't know if this is something that requires time, however my eyes look just as puffy today after using it, as they look any other day.

This doesn't interfere with makeup application. I put it on and puffiness, bags, and dark circles went away. I have tried many nice-feeling quality eye treatments, but functionality is most important, so this is my new favorite. It feels refreshing when you apply it too.
