I feel the remover contains alcohol that when I accidentally got some into my eyes, it was irritating, not really gentle. It works ok. I like Lancome's eye makeup remover much better.

Quick Take: non-greasy, skin-soothing, gentle formula
This stuff is the best product EVER. OMG your eyelids will thank you for this product. I takes a small amount and both eyes are done. Just press on to lid for a few second and all makeup will be gone just like magic. The only product I use to remove my makeup.

Quick Take: effective, gentle
This eye makeup remover is awesome! You only need to use a little bit and it takes of everything easily, even waterproof mascara. It's also great to put a little pit on a q-tip and use it to remove any smudges or mistakes you made while applying your eye makeup. It is a little expensive, but it lasts a long time and I only use one or two bottles a year. I've been using this for more than 5 years and will never use anything else.

This product works well enough but the bottle it comes in is designed so that you waste much of it and run out quick. When you tip the bottle to pour into your cotton ball, it spurts out and ends up spilling everywhere except the cotton ball. I wasted a lot and tried to remember each time to not do it and I'm about a quarter into it so I think I can dispense it without spilling but I won't replace when I run out - I'll try another brand...

I'm in Love with the Clarins Instant Eye Makeup Remover for Sensitive eyes! It takes off all my heavy eye makeup perfectly! The best part? I can soak a cotton pad with the solution and wipe my eyes clean and it won't sting at all! Simply love it!!!!

This eye makeup remover is ok. I find I have to rub a decent amount (there are more effective ones), and the smell is unpleasant. My biggest problem is actually the packaging, the top has a large hole and the bottle is flexible, so it's really easy to squirt out large amounts by accident. I've gone through 1/3 of the bottle (using once or twice daily) in only a few weeks. Will definitely not buy again.

I've tried everything! I've bought tons of products, used lots of samples, went to the drug store, went to higher-end makeup bontiques. This makeup remover is the best one out there. It takes me 30 seconds to take off every ounce of makeup from my eyes, including waterproof and heavy black eye makeup. It works awesome for really crazy looks too like for Halloween or Carnivale. One bottle lasts me 2 months - and I use it every day. It's also really gentle and doesn't sting my eyes if I accidently get a little in. I'm actually going to buy this again right now. I'm running low...

I hate mineral oil, so that takes care of drugstore brands. My eyes are quite sensitive, so that takes care of lots of dept store brands. Finally, I wear a lot of mascara (the good stuff that has to be sandblasted off) so my night time ritual was a real mess. Bought this because I'd tried everything else. Finally, a keeper! It's all I use now; can't imagine using anything else. Note: there's another blue Clarins eye makeup remover, which isn't nearly as good as this one. Make sure the one you buy has to be shaken before use. You'll be pleased with your purchase, guaranteed. :>)

Wet half your cotton pad with this, gently hold over eye for 5-10 seconds. your eye makeup should melt right off! make sure to rinse remaining oil with water

This eye make-up remover cleans all eye make-up well. It is gentle to the eyes and moisturizing. Having to shake it before use is weird but not a big deal. I would recommend this produc to others. I liked this product far better than the Sephora brand. Much more gentle and it works better.

One of the few eye makeup removers that doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. It seems to take a little extra effort to remove my waterproof mascara/liner, but due to the fact that it's non irritating I'm going to continue using it..especially since my skin seems to disagree with everything else!

This make up remover totally irritated my eyes. It left an oily coating on my eyes AND made them feel dry. The dryness, of course, led to redness and more irritation with continued use. I had to return it.

I have a hard time finding eye makeup removers that work on long wear mascaras and aren't too oily or irritating. This one works without feeling I just put grease on my eyes. It does sting, but very little. I would buy this again.
