This Clarins super restorative night wear is not good for my dry sensitive skin., the price for $120 is too much, not worth the money at all. I got itchy skin after used it for a week.
i rather to buy the $49 Clarins one for dry skin, it is a lot better, more moist, more hydrated...

Best face cream!

I have tried a lot of face creams and this one is the best. It's rich and creamy and it really moisturizes my dry skin. I use it during the day as well even though it's a night cream. I also use it under my eyes as an eye cream so it serves several purposes.

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing, non-irritating, lovely scent
I do love this night cream - I like almost all the Super Restorative line - but I honestly have to say that the price is quite unjustifiable! It is a very moisturizing and soothing cream that is rich but not greasy but I don't think there's anything "magical" about it. I don't think the results or the ingredients actually justify the inflated price but I still do love it - the texture, the level of moisture and the delightful rose-petal scent (which I'm sure could be a problem for some but, fortunately, it's not a problem for me). At $80 (CDN), this would be perfect but at well over $100, I think it is overpriced.

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing, absolutely awesome
The very best moisturizer I have ever purchased. I'm 50 years old, and people comment constantly on how great my skin looks, and usually guess my age to be in my late 30's. I actually got asked for my ID when I bought some wine on my DAUGHTER'S 30th birthday!
I go through about 2 1/2 jars of this per year, but it is WELL worth the money. I have very dry, very fair skin, and tightness around the outside edges of my eyes. This product takes care of the dryness and tightness completely.
I can't say enough good things about this moisturizer. I use it as a day cream as well as a night cream, just adding Clarins sunscreen during the day if I plan to be in the sun (which I avoid like the plague!).
Well worth the money.

I am 47 yrs. old and have been a Clarins user the last 10 years. I have been told I have very Hydrated skin and I have lived in the desert for 15 yrs. (Go Figure).

Quick Take: non-oily, moisturizing, worth every penny, not just for maturing skin, good for sensitive skin
i have really sensitive skin and i have not had a single break out with this. I am not in the "age range" but the results I see are really worth it. My skin just glows in the morning. Worth noting though, I use the cleanser and toner and about twice a week I use the orange stuff that exfloiates and the day cream that is my age appropriate but when I use the day cream at night, to try and make the "good stuff" last longer I see the difference in the morning.

Quick Take: moisturizing
I really like this night cream. It's rich, but not greasy and makes my face feel fresh, hydrated, and ready for a good night's rest. I find the scent (and there is one!) pleasant and relaxing. The jar is pricey, but there's plenty of product, and it lasted a long time. This is the night cream I'll be sticking with.

Clarin's Night Wear didn't do anything for me. After a month of use, I saw no visible results so I gave up on it. I have very oily skin and this cream was a little too heavy for my oily skin as well. It caused some breakouts, which is another reason I quit using it. I usually love Clarins products, but this one was a disappointment.

But I can't get over the smell of this stuff. it took me awhile... and then I realized it smells like mosquito repellant. Completely unpleasant... so how it actually works is completely unimportant in comparison, unfortunately.
