Makes skintone look even, bright and refreshed- 11.28.09

I am very skeptical about these cosmetics companies' claims that they can stop the aging process or make you look twenty years younger. So when I read the claims on this product's packaging, the alarm bells were ringing.
I tried two samples and within two days, I saw fairly dramatic results: - my skin tone looked so much more even, the splotchiness was reduced - my large pores (nose, cheeks) were greatly diminished (again, I could not believe it and I was using exactly the same skin care routine I've been using for months, with the exception of this product)
After about 5 days, I noticed some of the lighter brown spots on the side of my face had actually faded!
I will definitely get the full size version of this product.

It smells nice, its light and non greasy. I didn't break out. It seems to have brightened my skin some but I didn't notice any firming. Been using it two weeks.

I was told when I was pregnant with my twins that I will get brown patches or mask like spots on the side of my face. So I have decided to try this out during my pregnancy hoping that I will not get those brown patches. Sure enough I religiously cleansed and used this product along with their sunscreen and night cream and no brown patches ever showed up. I was told that I was very lucky. My girls are now 4 months old and I still am continuing to use these products. I'm really glad this has worked for me.

I have been using this for approx. 10 days. I have already noticed a brightening or glow in this short time. I have also used Murad's C Essential complex. Where it was a good product, I don't think my results were as dramatic as with the Clarins. AND this is less expensive. I am using on face, throat, decolette and arms. So far, so good!

Quick Take: not crazy about the scent but it fades quickly.
I like the feel of this on my skin, though I haven't noticed improvement either in the brightening or firming area. If anything changes I'll be back to post again.

this is by far one of the best products made by clarins. it really does work! after only 3 days of use i noticed a big difference in the radiance of my skin. i have blemish prone skin, and for some reason since i started to use this i havent had any breakouts.

Very light weighted serum and very easy absorbed by skin. Does not leave any greasy feeling and very suitable for oily/combination skin since it does leave skin feel tighten after applied. It also brightens my acne scars even out uneven tone of my skin. However, I did use this with Clarins Brightening Night Cream which I feel is very greasy. For this product, it is a little pricy but worth for a try.

This serum did not work very well for my normal skin. It is very light, and it absorbs really well. My face felt tight after application. Although it may have helped to fade my sun spots slightly, it did not make a dramatic difference. I give it points for having natural ingredients. However, this formula might work better for combination or oily skin.

I use this product morning and night, it is that important to me. My skin looks younger and brighter. Age spots and hyperpigmentation are visibly diminished. I also LOVE the lightness, the scent, and ease of application. It is not sticky. Rather, it is refreshing. Thank you, Clarins.

I don't know why the two other rating mentioned it's not a light up product. I works as a lighter for me. Maybe it depends on the skin?
Well if you r not sure, then try the light up kit at $37 first, it has this one, a day cream, a night cream, a face wash and a eye makeup remover. All of at least one-month supply, last longer if having a small face.

I didn't really see results using this products. This product is definitely for dryer skin types, so if you're combination or oily, please keep in mind that there's an oil-free version of the Bright Plus.

My skin is oily and prone to breakouts and keloids. I used to be a Shiseido devotee until I found this product. It is not a skin "lightener" but it did even out my complexion entirely in a FRACTION of the time when compared to Shiseido. It only took 2 weeks instead of months. It also lessened the appearance of the lines on my forehead. I use this every single day and my skin no longer scars from pimples post breakout. This stuff is incredible.
