Quick Take: moisturizing, clearing
I've used everything to try to clear my combination skin. Not only does it moisturize well without being too heavy, it also cleared my skin up quickly. I will never switch to another product.

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
So....I don't know bout this. Contemplating returning it because it does moisturize my face but it also leaves a greasy layer or sheen after I put on my makeup as well..MY face is overall better but I do think it is because of my Clarisonic etc...

Sorry Dr. Brandt, I don't think this works. And it smells like a little boy's cologne. :) In a seriousness, saw no improvement after finishing most of a jar and using it regularly. It does give light moisture, goes on smooth, and feels great on the skin, not heavy at all. Just doesn't do what it says so I wouldn't buy it again.

I have also started breaking out after I added this and a couple of other products to my facial regimen, not sure if this is the cause.

I bought this product because of the great ratings and because I wanted to buy something to shrink my pores. Well... super fail! My pores didn't shrink and I think they actually got bigger. Plus I can see them more. My face is already oily and since using this moisturizer it's gotten even worse. I'm very disappointment, specially since its so expensive. I wish I could still return it and get my money back.

i started seeing results after using it just a few times. my skin is so smooth and soft. i was accused of wearing a lot of make up because my skin looked so nice, but i was really hardly wearing any at all!

I could not give the product less than 3 stars even though I should because it is a good night time moisturizer in the dry winter months. I have combination skin and this has not reduced the size of my pores. My acne prone skin as cleared some since I began using the product but I contribute it to a better overall regime.

It is a refining cream. Yes! And it really works because it controls oil on my face so well that my face is clean and clear all day long! But i do not think it really can help me tightening my pores......

This cream is perfect for anyone who truley is willing to pay to see a difference in their pores. I've used this product on and off for about 2 years, due to the price, but every time I find myself coming back to it, because it truely makes a difference in refining pores. Although a bit thick for day use, it is amazing as a night cream. I simply use a different day cream with SPF, and then use this for night time only. GREAT PRODUCT

Not pleased with cream-for some reason it makes my face extremely oily and my face looks shiny. Not to mention it seemed to create more clogged pores! If after a month it does not work, I will return product & maybe try something else.

I was looking for a really moisturizing night cream that wouldn't irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin. A Sephora consultant recommended this one, which he uses as well.
I've been using it for a couple of weeks and definitely notice that my face is more soft and smooth and it doesn't irritate my skin.

I have consistently used pore effect for 9 years, and it has kept my pores teeny tiny amd my skin decongested. It's nice and rich which keeps in my moisture while keeping the dirt and grim of the city out of my pores.

I I am using dr. brandt's pore no more + Caudalie in the morning. Dr. Dennis Gross+DDF in the night. I have not had any pimples for 3 weeks. Before I will have pimple every Monday or Tuesday maybe because I ate some oily foods on weekend. Anyway my skin is clearly and pore seems smaller. I have very sensitive but they are all fine for me.
