Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly, intensive, amazing
I'm early thirties and I have noticed that the fine lines around my mouth and forhead are deepening and the winter this year was doing a really number on me. I used when hope is not enough, a sample, that was given to me at Sephora and in one night noticed a difference. Lines are reduces, sorness is gone and I look like me again. This product is amazing! I will be buying the full size version the next time I come in! Give it a try and you will not be sorry. My only regret is that I did not fine it sooner! Thank you.

I went to purchase this product today and heard that it is being discontinued! Apparently, Philosophy has renamed it to Hope In a Jar 2 or something like that but it's not only renamed, it is REFORMULATED! It's not even close to the original product. The new version is very light ... NOT what I need! Oh say it isn't so!!!

I am in love with this cream. Most creams will break out my face but this one has not. It is not oily or greasy at all. It absorbs quickly and not sticky. I am so so glad that I found this product and will continue to purchase this.

Quick Take: perfect for my aging skin!, not oily but rich
i can't say enough good things about this whole line of products! I recently tried this particular cream and again. it was amazing! My skin feels soft, it seems to make my skin look more refreshed in the morning and it isn't oily, which is another great thing for a night moisturizer! It doesn't cause breakouts, even though it is extremely rich! I would highly recommend it to everyone to try!

Quick Take: creamy, smooth, pleasant to use
I really have not had time enough to write a difinitive revue but I do have a couple of things I can comment on. It goes on well and has not caused a flair up of my eczema (a true blessing). I'm still waiting on the results of smoothing the rough remains of the last bout that created crevasses on my face. There is some minor softening, but it needs more time.

The replenishing cream is wonderful. Rich but not heavy. I have a problem with mosturizers just staying on top of my face and clogging my pores. This does not. I have dry/oily skin and this is the best.

my skin is extremly dry and it causes my face to turn red or pink and this cream really helps my skin relax
I also love that it stays on all day compared to other creams..the sad thing is that you cant wear it under make up or it will peel off because it is kind of like and invisible mask ..but it does do the job for my dry skin so i love it

Quick Take: luxurious, rich, hydrating
I am now on my third jar of this cream and this is one my top 5 must own products. I have combination skin with very dry skin around my eyes, mouth and cheeks - this cream keeps my skin soft and smooth even though the driest of summer or winter days. I use it as a night cream and apply it after my eye cream. It feels so luxurious putting it on and my skin feels plumped up - I can imagine it sucking up all the moisture with a sigh of relief. I was initially worried that it would be greasy or make my t zone breakout, but I have not experienced this at all. In the morning after applying my skin still feels soft and moisterised. I have also noticed that my skin is visably more clear and radiant. I am a very happy camper!

I guess I was using the wrong cream before this because my skin hasn't looked this smooth and clear in a long time! I have been using this for two weeks, at night only, and is the only thing in my regime that I have changed in that time. My skin is so much clearer, and as soft and fresh-looking as in my early 20s. My T-zone is prone to oiliness, which is usually extremely evident first thing in the morning, but not anymore! A little bit goes a long way, so price tag is ok. I love Hope in a Jar, but thought I'd go a little further with this product for a night cream - so glad I did.

I have been a Hope in a Jar fan and loyal user for years. So, when I received this as part of a gift-set for Christmas I thought I'd give it a whirl. What I didn't realize is that this product would literally change my skin. I am 32 years old with olive skin that has started to show age spots and uneven tone over the past couple of years. This product has corrected those problems AND given my skin a more youthful glow. If I were trapped on a desert island and only allowed to bring one item, this would win (even over my toothbrush). Awesome, awesome product!

After reading the great reviews, I thought I would give Philosophy products a try. I have EXTREMELY dry skin. This product did absolutely nothing. If you're younger and have normal/oily skin this may work for you.

I used this cream for a month and it is very moisturizing. It smells much better than the original hope is not enough moisturizer. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star and not 5 star rating is because my skin started flaking off after using it for a month. I tend to have very dry skin and very sensitive. I was hoping this cream would help me with that issue. But unfortunately it did not. I ended up returning it. It is a good moisturizer but just didn't work for me.

The fragrance irritated my skin, made it burn. I don't understand why ANY skin care products have a scent -- even "natural" scent. It's totally unnecessary and is a reason not to purchase.

Makes my face baby soft, and was probably one of the best purchases I've ever made. Does what it says and is just a great moisturizer. The creme is very thick but soaks into your skin so fast. Not greasy at all! I love the smell as well!
