I have moody skin that breaks out very easily but the winter is really getting to it as well with the drying effects so I tried this after a rep at Sephora said it was great for people who break out but are having dry skin problems - THEY WERE RIGHT. For the first time in the history of time, I have found a great feeling moisturizer that hydrates but does not make me break out. I use it at night and even during the day when I notice my skin is really dry. Best I've ever used.

this was fine in the summer, but I needed to replace this and the Skyn Iceland eye cream with more intensive moisturizers for winter.

Quick Take: moisturizing
The good thing about this product is it doesn't cause breakouts yet moisturizes. It also is not overwhelming in fragrance and applies easily. Most other night products cause irritation and breakouts within a week.
Although I am going to be disappointed when my local Sephora store no longer carries Skyn's products. The facial wash I will probably continue to buy but I might look elsewhere for night creams. The search starts over again.

I have been using Skyn Iceland products with great sucess for about 18 months. It is been a cold, dry winter and my skin is dryer than normal, so I invested in the night cream and it is the best purchase ever. It is an investment, but aborbs quickly and you wake up feeling like you have had a facial.

While I love most other SI products, this one just doesn't do it for me. I have normal to dry skin that gets irritated easily, and this doesn't bother my face at all, but my results with it haven't been notable at all either. It just feels like a moisturizer to me (and a thin one at that).

My skin sloughed off --- scary!!!- 01.26.10
Quick Take: not appropriate for the face maybe for the feet?
First few tries made me return it, immediately. My skin was sloughing off every single application!!! Yes, sloughing off! While I wouldn't mind a little tingling, this product also pulled my skin throughout the night making me very worried what's really in the ingredient content!!! Like other posters who hated this product, it concerns me that this product is considered one of Sephora's best sellers because I have a normal skin and normally don't have this kind of reaction to a product. And, obviously many other posters also did too.

This stuff is amazing. It wakes up my oily/dull/sensitive/acne prone skin better than any moisturizer out there. Like I just had a day at the spa. It's wonderful. I can't use it with my Retin-A Micro and I have to take it easy with my Sonicare Brush though, as putting this moisturizer on can sting and cause light peeling if my skin has been too exfoliated, whether chemically or manually.

You can definitely feel this product working. I probably would have loved it if not for the smell. For me, it is pretty heavily scented. (I should also note that I'm not the type of person to wear heavy perfume.) So if you are really sensitive to that sort of thing, it's probably not for you. If not, then you'll probably like it.

I love almost every product I have tried from Skyn Iceland. This does not disappoint. Moisturizing, great smelling, wonderful. I have rosacea and this is a better moisturizer than either Clinique or Murad redness therapy moizturizers. Helps my redness, and does not make me break out!

I was given a sample of this cream to carry me over until my REN moisturizer arrived from Sephora.com. I use the Nordic Skin Peel, and I love it, but the Icelandic Eye Complex burned my skin, so I wasn't sure what to expect from this night cream. After a few nights of use, I'm impressed. It's very light, and my skin looks very smooth and bright in the morning, with no sign of any irritation or bumps that might have been there when I went to sleep. I almost need a little more moisture from this cream, so maybe it's one to come back to during the summer months.

Goes on nicely and is lightweight and works well--but it doesn't quite do the trick when it comes to dry winter skin. I have sensitive skin that can break out when irritated and while this feels great/cooling on the skin, it might be for more supple months in harsh New England weather!

My skin was so dry and dehydrated, I thought nothing can quickly bring it back to life. With the heat on indoors, it just got worse. I tried this night cream and it was not heavy but yet provided enough moisturizing. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and quite satisfied with the results.

Quick Take: tendancy to break out on chin area, some dry patches, combination skin
I am 29 and my skin has been going through a lot of changes this year. I am finally beginning to see the first signs of aging. This stuff is amazing! My skin looks and feels 10 years younger. No more dry patches, fine lines are minimizing, I never knew the power of a night cream. I am seriously impressed with this product!
Only one concern, it does have a slight burning sensation for the first 60 sec., it would concern me if this wasn't a natural product.
