I was afraid this might leave a heavy stain but it gave me just the right amount of natural blush. The travel size is also perfect as a lip stain -- a little pink on me but I put a brownish sheer lipstick over it.

Thought form the reviews it would be good but very messy, rollerball really does not work, uneven application and color very dark and unnatural looking.

Not as good as Benetint or Stila Stain

Although this had a deeper color than other stains and was very long lasting, it was more difficult to apply than some others. As others have indicated, it is streaky and uneven and easy to make a mistake. In addition, if you put it aside and don't use it for a week or two, it dries on the roller leaving dried and crusty stain on the roller that contributes to the streaking.

I had to return this. Roller ball doesn't deliver continuous product. Product enhances every crease in lips, as it sets in creases darker thus making two colors, light and dark instead of an even stain.

Good Stain- Sexy Color

Quick Take: long-lasting, sexy, good value
This is a great stain. Once you put it on, it literally does not come off. However be careful, if you over-apply, it will dry into the tiny crevices in your lips and be darker in some places than other. Oh, the color is HOT. I love it!

i love this stain i'm a big fan of stains in general but this one has a great color and is also build-able so if you want a more intense color you can apply more. The only down side to this product is that it has kind of a weird taste which is why i gave it only 4 star, but i will still definitely buy this product again.

The ONLY lip color that stays on without drying!

I have tried everything out there, and this is truly a lip STAIN. It stays on through eating and drinking (water, milk or Pepsi...don't know about alcohol). The few products I have tried that stay on as well are horribly drying. Not this one! The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come in red.

It's hard to get the application of this right without smoothing it out with a finger, but it will stain if you can't wash it off immediately afterward. Despite that, I really like it.

finally found my perfect lip product!

Quick Take: long lasting, great color
After trying tons of different lip products over the last few years, I am so glad to have found this one. I have this in Sheer Luck and use it as a lipstain only and depending on how much I apply, it can either be natural for the day or dramatic for the evening. It's true that the rollerball applicator applies the color unevenly, but I rub my lips together right after putting the color on and it turns out perfect every time! It stays on amazingly well and even though it doesn't dry out my lips, I really like that I can put on lip balm on top if i want.

Anyone disappointed in the colour-saturation level of BeneFit's Benetint will adore this! My lips are pretty pigmented to start with (the salesperson asked me what I was currently using - I had nothing on at the time) and this is able to give me that great bitten look! Be aware it can be a touch drying and once it is set you may wish to add a bit of lip balm.

Lorac Sheer Wash Stain "Sheer Emotion"

Beautiful color, tried it with the the disposable applicator in the store and love it. However after purchasing it i realized that the product actually comes with a rolling ball applicator which unfortunately rubbs off the color stain while you're applying it. Which leaves at best a very blotchy affect on the lips that smears easily.
