This product feels like I'm putting nothing on my face, it's crazy! A little goes a long way. I love how it feels, so velvety and smooth. Definitely helps my makeup stay on better. I even use this as an eyelid primer if I happen to not use it on my whole face that day.

I got a sample of it, and i LOVED it! Untill it broke me out really bad :( I wih it didn't break me out, because its such a great product otherwise

GOD AWFUL- 03.17.10
Wow, so disapointed. This product completly settled into my pores, brought out lines I did not even know that I had, even made a scar I had not seen in 16 years resurface...or maybe I have always been this ugly & never realized it, nah I think it's the product!

i was sort of dubious about the claim that primers allow you to use less makeup, but guess what..it's true! i started to put on my liquid foundation and i noticed that it was covering much more than usual. for me this is good because i am trying to cover up as many acne scars as possible without using too much concealer every day. for others this is great because it will make their makeup stretch longer.
some primers you have to wait for it to absorb, but this stuff is formulated really well. to be safe, i would still wait a minute, but that's just my habit.

Love the product hate the packaging, don't buy the1oz size in the bottle. The pump does not work took it back 3 times just decided to buy the tube again, stopped buying the tube because it seemed to get thick, hopefully it won't get thick again like the last tube.

I love Smashbox Photo Finish. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I want what I wear to stay on, and this helps. The product is great; however, the stupid pump is not great. I bought this, used it once, and then the pump broke and I couldn't get any more out of it. I took it back, and found that they have a 2 oz version that's in a regular tube. it's a much better deal, and no stupid pump that can break! Problem solved. One note; don't rub this product into your hands before applying to your face; it will all disappear!

I love this primer. It goes on so silky and my makeup lasts much longer. The pump broke after the first week, so it has been a challenge to get it out of the bottle. Maybe if the bottle/pump were designed better it would get a higher rating from me.

Pump stopped working- 03.14.10

This would be my first time using primer and I wasn't impressed. I really don't like the way my makeup feathered underneath my eyes in like 3 hours! Not to mention, the pump stopped working a week later! I will be returning.

I love it! It is light, does what it says but unless the bottle has been placed upside down, after the first two use, the pump stops working as the solution sits at the bottom of the bottle.

This product deserves 5 stars. However, I gave it 3 stars because the packaging is terrible. I have exchanged 3 bottles of this primer because the pump stops working after a week or so. Finally, I gave up and took home another brand. I won't buy Smashbox until they change the pump.

I've used Laura Mercier and Bare Escentuals but I prefer the Smashbox. It goes on smoothly under both my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer and my MUFE foundation. I prefer the SPF 15 to the clear for some reason.

First, I tried the sample, loved. But an associate told me to try the sephora brand-NO. Get this, it went on smooth, I only needed a pump. My face looked great even without tons of makeup.

The primer is fantastic. The pump works for three days and then cannot reach the primer. don't understand the logic behind this creation. Have to use a spatula to get it out.

I love this product. I was a bit suspicious, I will admit, when I first read about primers. I have tried several but this is my all-time favorite. Foundation goes on more easily and evenly, and stays on. I have larger pores than I would like on my nose area and they disappear when I use this primer before foundation - it is amazing.
