I love the product, it's the bottle i dont, since so much product is wasted at the bottom which I can't really scoop up....the pump doesnt efficiently let me use up all of it. with the price, i really wouldnt want to end up with so much wasted product.

I bought this the other day, because my makeup always looks sooo good at 8am, then come 5pm it's half off my face. I am not sure if I can notice a difference yet..It does make my skin feel super soft..but as far as helping even out/long wear my makeup..I can't tell..i don't wear "foundation" i wear under eye makeup/bronzer/loose poweder..so maybe that's why..I put it on my bf who obviously wears no makeup and he loved the way it made his skin feel...for the price, not sure if it's worth it...

Best primer hands down! I love the way my skin feels once I use this. Some people will use it after their foundation to set it, but you should always use this before your foundation. It creates like a silicone barrier between your skin and your foundation; allowing it to go on totally smooth and doesn't allow it to penetrate your skin. I love this! It's light weight, evens out skin tone flawlessly, you can even just use this without a foundation over it! It's much better than Makeup For Ever's.

I love the product. I use it all the time. I have small trial sizes that I keep packed in my makeup kit so I am never without it. The only downside is the packaging. It doesn't allow you to get all of the product you paid for. The jar I received was damaged. The pump was broken now I have to return it.

Quick Take: pore magnifier
I read several different primer reviews before I chose this product and was very disappointed. My pores looked HUGE!!! Seriously, who cares how it works past that. It was expensive so I used it every way I could devise with the same results regardless. It could be a great product if your pores don't exist at all.

No Difference Whatsoever- 11.17.09
I received this as a sample, it does go on silky smooth but the buck stops there. It did not smooth my skin out; my foundation looked exactly the same as it usually does, and even a bit worse, my skin looked rougher. Same thing happened with Sephora's primer. Everyone's skin is different, so maybe primer just doesn't work on my particular skin type.

Smashbox primer in Original- 11.16.09

I have to admit that I have never used another primer before, so I don't know how they compare, but I do know that this facial primer works wonderfully. It has a nice silicone/gel consistency when you first pump it out of the bottle, but it quickly dissolves into a powdery soft feeling as soon as it's applied. It works great before putting on foundation, helping it last longer, while evening out your skin. Another good thing is that a little bit goes a long way, so it lasts a long time!

I honestly never realized primer would make such a difference until I started using it daily. See photos of my skin now, it always looks completely flawless and has a nice dewy look to it - despite some discoloration on my skin and occasional redness. This product is great under foundation. I would recommend this to anyone!

I absolutely love this. I have oily and blotchy skin with light acne issues. Foundation always seems to sink into my pores so by the middle of the day my face looks patchy and spotty form the foundation. This product keeps my foundation in place and not in my pours. I use less foundation to cover blemishes with the accompanying foundation and my face feels and looks great. Its a new must have. I know its expensive but you truly get what you pay for.

this primer keeps my foundation on all day and makes my skin feel soooooo soft. i love it! its a little pricy since you'll probably use it all day, but i think its worth it. its a great staple to have in your makeup collection. i dont know the differec=nce between all the different colored ones though =(

I don't notice a difference when using it. I was at a Sephora store, the sales person suggested I use this for my oily skin. It doesn't do anything for oily skin. It was a waste of money for my purpose. It felt a little greasy when you first put it on, but not too heavy

I saw this product on tv a few weeks ago. I was recently shopping in Sephora for Halloween make-up and found the PhotoFinish there. I have very dry skin & this defintiely helped to smooth it out prior to applying the foundation. It makes your skin look smooth and flawless !! LOVE the product :)

This is a great product, BUT be careful when you buy! There was a design problem with the bottle making it very hard to use the last 8th of the product. Within the last year or so Smashbox changed the bottle to a much better design so you can get every last drop but apparently there are a few of the old bottles still out there. You don't want them! I thought I was getting the right one, but alas.......
