I bought this after seeing multiple good reviews. I have to say that after using it for 2 days I noticed a great difference, my skin looked quite tan and had a nice glow to it(enough that two people commented on it!)
I have very sensitive skin and it was good to see that this product didn't break out my skin at all!
It was great to have a product of such a generous size give me such fast, impressive results! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Love this product. I used it once before I went to bed and woke up tan! If you think you look too tan in the morning, after you wash your face it will be a little faded. Definitely gives a healthy looking glow and non comedogenic so it won't clog your pores! Also doesn't smell too bad.

Quick Take: gradual, moisturizing
I like the way this product feels on my skin, but so far the tan is very faint. I've only been using it for a few weeks, so we'll see if my skin looks more tanned after more time. The smell is not over-powering at all.

I love this product, it gives my fair skin the most natural looking tan out of all the self tanners I have used. It is gentle on my face and doesn't smell awful like so many tanners.
The tan lasts decently as well.
I use it at night under my moisturizer. It doesn't discolor my pillows or clothing if it dries completely before touching them.
I think the whole Clarins self tanning line is fantastic.

Ok so first off I play tennis and I have HORRIBLE tan lines. My legs and arms are super tan, about NC40, but my face neck and chest have a bit more trouble getting color. I was tired of having to avoid cleansing my skin properly so I wouldn't lose the small amount of tan on my face already. So then I turned to fake tanning. First I tried the Sun Labs Strictly Faces tanner which I thought was okay but ended up returning because I found it a bit orange, difficult to apply evenly and streaky. Then I came across this product and this drew me in because it was a liquid and seemed easy to apply. Well right I was! This product is absolutely lovely! Its a walk in the park to apply and it smells really nice! The directions recommend using a cotton pad but other review I have read recommended using hands and they were right. With the cotton pad it was really difficult to see where you were applying whereas you can apply a million times more evenly with hands. I would also recommend applying to the chest and neck first and then the face. This product give a natural very subtle gradual color but it is easy to build up. The first time you use this the tan may be too subtle to notice at first but this product is gradual. It lasts pretty well on the skin as well.I will be definitely repurchasing and now I don't have to worry about having a pale face and tanned body look!

PROS: Put it on before bed and you should be 2-3 shades darker the next day. GREAT VALUE---the cream is very thin and you only need a little bit so the bottle will last you forever. It did not make my face break out and I have sensitive skin (but everyone is different!). I washed my face and applied a moisturizer after and the tanner lasted me 2-3 days.
CONS: White thin cream that is almost impossible to see where you have put it on your face but it really works. I am a light skin tone and it did make my face a tiny bit orange; next time I am going to try to mix it with a bit of my facial moisturizer to see if it will lighten the color up a bit.

Quick Take: gradual, long lasting, softening, smells good
This is one of the few products I will give 5 stars. I have yellow-based medium skin that tans very well in the sun, but I live in a cloudy area so I like to keep the glow going the healthy way year-round. My problem is that most self-tanners out there are either too mild (and dont make my skin darker) or tan a peach-based orange or pink-brown, which is obviously fake on olive skin. I tried this out because I am wary of breaking out using a harsher gel and liked the "softening" and therapeutic properties it purpotedly has. I trust Clarins to not break me out. Long story short this will be an item I'll repurchase again and again: the best, most radiant color especially for deeper or yellow-based skin tones. The formula didn't break me out once and I also thought my pores looked smaller and tone more even overall. I apply with a cotton ball -- the smell is actually pleasant and it dries quickly with a milk-like (not slimy nor powdery) feel. Fairly priced too -- I have had this for 4 weeks and barely scratched the surface. Love love love it -- will buy again soon!!

I love this tanner, I have olive skin and no breakouts, I've been using Clarins for 8 years (wow) so this is a repurchase for me. I love the darker the better, so I wish the payoff was a little darker, though I haven't found one that is so I'm sticking to Clarins for a while!

I got this the day before my birthday because I was planning on wearing a yellow top which looks great with a summer glow. Since my tan has faded I needed a little color so I picked this up after reading the great reviews. It definitely has that self tanner smell but it is very light and almost unnoticeable. It doesn't give a very dark tan. I put it on the night before my birthday and then again in the morning. It evened out my skin tone and gave my medium olive tone skin a beautiful natural glow. I think if you used it everyday for a few days you could build up a more obvious tan and it would still look natural. It's super easy to apply and isn't splotchy or streaky. It also fades evenly which is very important. So happy I got this!

This is the ultimate tanner for face and neck! I buy it every year.. Can't live without it spring summer and fall!!!! I have tried many other self tanners just because I get bored... But nothing else compares. I have very sensitive skin and this is just a dream on my face.
I apply every other night after I wash my face. After applying I wipe my brows and hairline with a dry tissue. Let dry for mabye 4 -5 minutes then apply night moisturizer routine over. I wake up with a beautiful tan and it is absolutely so natural !!! Can't live without it!!!!

By far one of the best self tanners I've ever come across. I have oily/super acne prone skin, so the fact that this product is non-comedogenic makes me very happy. As expected, no breakouts or irritations whatsoever. Smooth, even results, however don't expect this product to take you 4 shades down (unless you apply this DAILY). One application is enough to provide you with a very hollywood redcarpet sun-kissed glow. No nasty orange here, nor is there that disgusting "self tanner" smell. I apply this with my fingers (I don't bother with cotton pads), wash my hands, and go to bed.

I absolutely adore this stuff! I have pretty fair skin and like to use a self tanner on my face daily to keep me from getting too pasty looking. This product is perfect. It doesn't have any funky smell, it absorbs immediately and it somehow manages to give you a completely natural looking glow. No orange whatsoever. Since I started using it, people are constantly commenting that my skin looks glowy and ask if I've been to the beach or out in the sun. It really is amazing. And a little goes a long way, so the price really isn't bad when you consider how long it will last you. I've been using it daily for about a month and have barely put a dent in it.

I have been using this face and neck self tanner on my entire body for about 10 years since it came out. I have been self tanning for about 15 years and have tried EVERYTHING out there. Even though it is expensive, it gives the best, most even, and pretty, color. I am blonde and pretty light skinned. This product is great all over the body. It is a white creamy liquid so I don't use gloves. I just wash my hands really well after I have applied it all over. The one place that is difficult is the middle and upper middle back. That usually is the hardest for me. And, while I have tried many different tanning creams and sprays, cheap and expensive, this provides the most consistent, long lasting golden bronze color.
I agree with other reviews that says if you are dark compleected or are wanting a super dark look, this is not your tanner. The only areas I ever have trouble with it being too dark are the hands and the feet. I run a lot so the feet always wear off quickly, but, for the hands, I actually use a drugstore spray tan in medium (not dark) and wash it off of my hands before I go to bed. I put my self tanner on at night and sleep in dark sweatpants and a big T-shirt. Glamourous, it's not, but it gets the job done. I re-apply about every 5 days all year round b/c the color is not obviously fake. Oh, and yeah, I love it for the face. It does sometimes give me whiteheads the next morning around the nose and on the chin, but, that is a small price to pay for the beautiful golden color.
I have watched the price rise from about $22 when I first started using it to the current $34 per bottle and I keep buying it. I have strayed b/c it is so costly to use on the entire body, but, the one thing IT DOES NOT DO is wear off in patches like some cheaper self tanners. That grosses me out! That is why I keep coming back and it is always in my cabinet. I LOVE THIS TANNER!!

With this product, got it for face because I use St Tropez on body. and I am pretty pale. Looks very natural and do not notice any smell. Love the look of a tan with makeup look soooo much better. I wear gloves when I apply body bronzer so I use this on top of hands when I do face. PERFECT

Now, when I say this is the best facial tanner I've ever used, that's really saying a lot! I used to work at a tanning salon that did spray tanning & airbrush tanning, and this stuff gives a quality of color that is very even, very natural and very "I've was at the beach this weekend" glowey. I have to admit, I was doubtful, but I'm impressed!
I have a medium-light complexion, light brown/blong hair and blue eyes. I have the kind of natural coloring that can look artificial and orange VERY easily. I can put a small amount of this on before bed and wake up to a nice, healthy looking glow. If I want a deeper color, I re-apply it again in the morning and evening until I get that nice, deep vacation-like tan. It's WONDERFUL. I have very sensitive skin and I use other tanners for my body, but for my face, neck and decolletage, this looks and feels much better than I anticipated.
****If you have a medium tan-dark complexion, this product may not be for you. It does build great color, but it is gradulal. Darker skinned people may be disappointed that it takes time to build.****
If you've got a lighter complexion and you've got self-tanner paranoia, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU! A tiny bit of this product is enough for your entire face (obviously a little more for your neck, etc.), so the price is right and it'll last you a long time.
I want to stock up for winter!

this is my go to self tanner for my face. it leaves a wonderful natural looking, radiant, healthy glow (for me, it lasts about 2-3 days, depending on how much i exfoliate). it's moisturizing and has a great silky texture - i dont need to wear a moisturizer on top when i apply it before bed. i've never had a problem with streaking or splotchiness, but i do make sure to apply it evenly and wash my hands after.
like all self tanners it does have a slight fragrance... but really i dont think that can be helped.
