Best Sharpener

I have pencil sharpeners from almost every cosmetic company and they either don't sharpen well or they make a mess or leave color that can taint the next pencil you sharpen. This one has 2 size openings and cleans up nicely ie. after sharpening a brown eyebrow pencil I don't get brown on my pink lipliner when I sharpen it next.

Quick Take: innovative
I thought this was just a typical add-on sale suggestion when I got it, but I see why I need it now. I haven't had a decent sharpener in a long time. They all seem to eat and shred my pencils. Apparently, there is some special engineering here (yes, in a sharpener) . This works great on my Makeup Forever lipliner, and I also have been using it on some of my other soft liners. It works well, and does not "waste" product. Consequently, I think it will make my stuff last longer. Always a plus.

Make Up For Ever Pencils

I bought this sharpener because I had trouble with my other sharpeners for the Make Up For Ever Pencils. The pencils are 'soft' and don't sharpen well...so I can't really rate this sharpener.

i originally had a regular sharpener that i used for my aqua eyes pencil, but it never seemed to sharpen it right. the tip always broke off, the wood around it became sharp and jaggedy, and it looked all bumpy and gross. i finally decided to buy the make up for ever sharpener, and i am so glad i did! i just wish i would have bought it sooner since i probably wasted a lot of product from using a cheap sharpener in the past. i don't know why some people are saying that their pencil didn't fit. as long as you use the aqua eyes pencil, it definitely fits. if you love using the aqua eyes pencils, this is a must!

An absolute must-have if you use their Aqua Eyes or lip liners. I tried 2 other sharpeners and they just about destroyed my MUFE pencils. Never again! This is a top notch sharpener.

Worst product purchased at sephora...pencil din't fit and it ground my eye brow pencil down to nothing! I returned it and they did give me a refund but no suggestion of replacing my damaged pencils.

I had been using an old sharpener on the Aqua Eyes Liner, and was a little disappointed by how poorly it was sharpening. Then I bought this and my liner is perfect and needs sharpening much less often!! I highly recommend spending the money if you are using the Aqua Eyes Liner!
