Best eyeliner for lower eyelids

I use this liner for my lower eyelids; seriously the best. Doesn't run or smudge much after 8 hours. It's a bit expensive, and I go through these pencils after 3 months, but it's worth the money. Comes with a nice pencil sharpener too.

Not quite perfect

This is by far the easiest crayon or pencil eyeliner I have ever applied. It does glide on as it claims. It also is easy to sharpen and it gets a good point. Other crayon type eyeliners I have used never really get a true point when you sharpen them. My only issue is that while this eyeliner is supposed to be waterproof that has not proven to be quite true. I have one eye that waters frequently. I use waterproof liners so that I do not have to reapply them every hour. While the dior didn't wash off with the first tears it did not have the staying power of other waterproof liners. But all in all, given the ease of application I am OK with a couple of touchups during the day when required.

I've tried to switch due to the cost but saving a few bucks isn't worth it. I always come back to this liner. Pity there aren't more colors!! Love it. Smooth, hyper pigmented, long lasting yet easy to remove. No smudging or smearing.

The pencil is hard to control and does not glide on with precise, mistake-proof ease. This pencil barely makes a mark at all. It leaves a thick smudge of grayish white on the eyelid. This crayon eye liner is nothing like its description, I will never purchase this product again.

Great Eyeliner

I love this eyeliner! Although it isn't truly waterproof (nothing really is though) it is the closest I have ever found to waterproof. What I do to compensate for this is I put my eyeshadow primer on my bottom lid (I use Too Faced) and then my eyeliner lasts all day long and no smearing.

I have tried many eyeliner brands, this is my favorite. It goes on easily and the color stays put! I even use it for lining the inside of my eye when doing the smoky eye look. Love it!

Smooth and Smudgeable

Very easy to apply and smudge with the sponge tip. Lasts reasonably well, especially with primer. My only complaint is the need to sharpen it, and the sharp edges can hurt when the tip is wearing down. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. If Dior could create a self-sharpening version, we'd be set!

I first used this liner for my wedding a year ago and have used nothing else since. The brown black is the perfect shade, it sharpens well and it wears like IRON. I also have very sensitive skin and have had no issues with this liner at all. Just perfect and lasts forever. Love!!

I have somewhat oily eyelids and this liner does not move. I usually tightline but when the point is sharp, I can achieve the same look without the mess and much faster. I use dark brown for my bottom lash line so it looks natural ...HG pencil liner

Goes on smoothly, smudges nicely, and stays put. It is gentle on my older skin as well, and does not irritate my eyes. I get tons of compliments on the blue color, and the brown color is soft and flattering.
