Before I purchased a Beauty Blender like a year ago I put my foundation on with my hands and now that I've been using this to put it on I can't even understand how I used my hands! haha! This sponge gives such an airbrushed finish. The first time I used one I couldn't believe it! Seems expensive for a sponge but so worth it. The only downside would be that I find it hard to keep clean but I recently purchased the solid cleaner so I hope that helps. I usually repurchase one every 3 months!

Waste of money

I haven't used this beauty blender for more than a month and theres already mold. And yes I did let the sponge airdry, so how did mold appear in less than a month? Ive had this sponge less than a month, used it less than 5 times and its already unusable. Extremely extremely disappointed especially with all the good reviews about how good this beauty blender is. I can buy a cheap beauty blender and get more uses out of it than something I bought for $20.

WORTH IT
-06.22.17
sooo many people ask me why I spend $20 on a sponge, but this ain't a regular sponge. It's a god sent miracle. So perfect for blending liquid concealers, foundations, or any liquid product. It's so soft on my face and I just love the way it looks and feels. The hot pink one is the best, I think. The color lasts, too. It's better than the real techniques one, which is $6, so if you can and want to spend more, buy this one. Once you get a real beauty blender, you never go back.

MY GO-TO APPLICATOR
-06.21.17
Whenever I'm not in the mood to use my foundation brush I use a beauty blender. I see a few people in the reviews saying that for a sponge that's $20 it's pricey. Beauty Blender invented this sponge for applying makeup. It's great quality and lasts a good period of time as long as you take care of it properly (buy the beauty blender cleanser it works 100%) Some people prefer foundation brushes but I prefer the sponge even if it means that I have to blend my foundation a little bit longer. I use it for my concealer as well and it's absolutely fantastic and a MUST-HAVE. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone who may or may not be doubting purchasing one !!

a sponge is a sponge

can no longer justify price with so many similar options on market. the quality of sponges do differ and the beauty blender seems softer/bouncier than some others. 20 bucks though for a face sponge....
