Not for me
I am searching for my holy grail balm, but this is not it. I've come closer with Samy undone texture cream, but that's been discontinued.
Weighed my hair down and did nothing for separation or definition. I'll give it to my husband for beard groom.

Good for Curly Hair
Yes it's sticky and tacky and feels strange at first, but it delivers. I have a lot of hair, it's thick and the curls are large. I have tried many products intended for curls (Ouidad, Devacurl included) and none deliver the curls and volume that this product does. I do combine this with a diffuser, which really makes a difference. Also, in between diffusing, I lay down on my bed and spread out the curls above my head to let the curls cool down and set. Now the finish is matte, which I actually like, they are not glossy and shiny. On day two, my hair has much more of a bed head look as well. The only downside, in my opinion, is that you can feel the product on your hair, it feels a bit gritty, it's not awful, but it's not my great. The positives far outweigh the negative.

Not "non-sticky"
It was like glue--hard to get off even when washing it off!

Try it dry!
Quick Take: easy to use
I have fine hair that can always use more body, so other than a sea salt spray and some light mousse, I have to be careful of applying to much product to it while it's wet, or it's a heavy, flat mess. I don't put this in my hair while it's damp, but rather wait til after I've dried it, put maybe less than a dime size drop in my hands, rub them together, tip my head upside down and go to work, rubbing it in at the roots and a little bit through to the ends. It makes my shoulder length hair look like I have twice as much hair. A spritz of hairspray, and I'm good for the day. Love this stuff. It does for me what a perm did in the 80's....tons of body!!

awesome for volume!
I apply my favorite sea salt spray and I add this to the roots only! It really helps give my fine hair some lift! (My hair is naturally wavy)
