BEST PORE, ACNE, BLEMISH MASK EVER!
-08.23.17
Quick Take: amazing, unbelievable, phenomenal
This by far is the best mask for pores, acne and blemishes. I also use this as a spot treatment and it works AMAZING.
When it comes to masking, I use this about 3-5 times weekly. When it comes to spot treating, that varies. It depends on the blemish and how big it is. I've seen a big pimple of mine turn go very small after leaving this over night as a spot treatment.
I am a 25 year old guy who deals with acne still unfortunately but this product is HEAVEN. You definitely need to try it!

left my face all red!
-08.22.17
Looked like it was doing what it was supposed to by absorbing oil from my skin. After I rinsed it off, my skin was burning. I looked in mirror to see a red sunburn looking mask in the shape of the Glamglow supermud mask. I don't tend to be overly sensitive to products, but clearly, I reacted to something in this one. Try it out before you put it on your face.

Good!
-08.21.17
For everyone reading the mixed reviews before they decide to splurge: everyone's skin is DIFFERENT. What may work for person A, may not work well for person B. That being said, I have acne-prone, mildy sensitive skin and I absolutely loved this. I would recommend getting a sample first and seeing how your skin reacts if you are on the sensitive side. I have tried the origins Charcoal mask and liked it, but I never really saw much results. After 3 uses, my pores have looks smaller and my skin smoother. I can't wait to continue to use it, to see what habitual use does! However, I am a realist and $69 for a face mask is a bit ridiculous, so I opted for the smaller size to just use as a spot treatment on my t-zone :-).

waste of money
-08.21.17
I got a sample size of this product with my 500 beauty insider points and I loved it. I bought the full size one and I hadn't even got half way through the bottle when it started drying out in the container. For $70+ I was not impressed it was ALL getting wasted. I'm not even sure if I can take this product back now, since you can't tell its dried up until you touch your finger to it, and by then it's already out of the jar, so it's all wasted and half empty looking, even though I didn't get to use the product since it was dried up already. I keep it under my sink in my cosmetic bag out of heat and direct sunlight. It's too bad this has to happen with this product! I have never had to return anything to Sephora but this just may be the first time.

Great for Oily Skin
-08.21.17
Quick Take: strong, effective
I LOVE THIS MASK.
I have found that this is the only mask for me that really reduces my acne and cleans out my pores. Other masks do a nice job of cleansing and softening, but this one is for when I have a breakout/clogging and I need some repair. It completely takes the oil out. When I accidentally leave it on too long.... watching a rom com and forgetting I have it on... I just put some extra moisturizer on after and I'm good to go.
The smell is not the greatest because it is licorice root. I hate licorice, but you can't smell it after a few minutes when it starts to dry. And it is so worth putting up with the smell.
I get a tingly/stingy feeling when I first put it on; and that's how I know it is working. It does not burn MY skin. I gave my mom and dad a facial with it and my dad loved it because he has similar oily skin like me- so his skin felt awesome after. My mom has sensitive skin, and she did not appreciate the burning. So I would only recommend this to people with oily/combo skin without sensitivity.
Overall, it is pricey, but I highly recommend it to people looking to effectively clear the pores. And you can get more uses if every other mask you do is just a T-zone clean up. :)
